Monday Saint Matthew (Eph 4:1-7.11-13)
The great wealth of the Church is when we realize, by reading the letter to the Christians of Ephesus, that each person is necessary in the vocation they have received "according to the measure of Christ's gift. It is he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, some to be pastors and teachers." All so that we may form one body and one spirit, just as the hope that springs from the vocation we have received is also one. How do you live your vocation that should push you toward communion?
Lord, thank you for opening the doors for me to communion with You and with my brothers and sisters.
